One foggy night, they stumbled into a quiet comic shop run by a kindly old man. Unfazed by their gothic appearance, he welcomed them, recommending colorful worlds unlike anything they’d known. Sensing the sadness they carried, he offered them a job, a place where they could work, read, and simply be themselves.
Now, they split their nights between fulfilling vampire duties and tending the shop, charming customers who sometimes whisper about their uncanny resemblance to a certain infamous count… though most dismiss it as part of their aesthetic.

TERMS OF SERVICES

PAYMENTS

Once you decide to commission me, full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
Payment plans are available upon request.
However, clients who choose a payment plan must strictly stick to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Work will not begin until the final payment has been received, and failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the commission being delayed, placed on hold, or canceled entirely.
This policy ensures fairness, commitment, and clarity for both parties.

REVISIONS

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase, fixes or touch ups in the sketch phase have no limits.
HOWEVER once the sketch is approved and in the rendering process, any additional changes or modifications will require an added fee of $15 per revision.
Please make sure review sketches carefully to ensure everything is to your liking before approval.

USE

All commissioned works include commercial usage rights unless stated otherwise.
You are free to use the artwork for streaming, branding, and promotional purposes within the bounds of the following intellectual property terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
While you retain usage rights, I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
You are not permitted to resell (unless contacted beforehand), redistribute, or mint the artwork as NFTs under any circumstances.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available within 72 hours of purchase only if I have not started or completed any part of your commission.
In the event of delays due to my personal or academic responsibilities (as I am a university student), I will communicate this promptly.
If I am unable to proceed with your commission for any valid reason, a refund will be issued.

BACKGROUND CHECK

This is where things get a bit stricter due to past experiences that I had with prior clients, so please make sure to read this for my sake :’]To prevent any issues that fall outside of my control, I will be conducting background checks on all clients prior to accepting a commission.This measure is in place to safeguard my professional reputation and ensure that my work is not associated with individuals involved in harmful, unethical, or otherwise problematic behavior.
If an individual is found to have engaged in problematic actions before or during the commission process, I reserve the right to immediately halt the project. In cases where the behavior emerges during the commission, the client will be permanently blacklisted from all future services.
Depending on the severity of the situation, the commission will be canceled with no refunds.
This policy is necessary to maintain a safe, responsible, and respectful professional environment for all parties involved and to uphold the integrity of my work.
